NECD, or companies who work for NECD, collect information about you when you register as a member, place an order for NECD services. We also collect information when you complete surveys, provide feedback or reviews, send NECD enquiries or enter NECD competitions. This may cover anything from your contact and delivery details to your responses to questionnaires we've sent you and feedback you've provided.

We also collect information about your use of our websites, and how you arrived at our website in the first place. When you first become a member of NECD we will send you a confirmation email, detailing your new account details, and then a 'Welcome to NECD' email which will tell you how to best utilise your membership.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that NECD may share the data we hold related to your account, membership and equestrian estate with the police, equestrian insurance companies and regulatory agencies within the United Kingdom for both regulatory and crime prevention purposes. We will only keep information about you for as long as we need to. Once your subscription has ended, after a retention period has elapsed, the data is deleted.

We would like to send you information about our services which we think may be of interest to you. If you have consented, then this may include emails. Please note that there is always an unsubscribe link in our emails which will take you off our distribution list, or you can contact us at any time.
